Text Box: President, Diane G. Kulisek, founded CAPAtrak, LLC. in 2005. As a Quality Practitioner, she has worked about one third of her career in aerospace and defense, one third in FDA-regulated industries (including foods, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals and medical devices) and one third in a broad range of industries, including electronics, computing technology, injection and blow molding, toys, writing instruments, explosives and filtration. Ms. Kulisek holds an MS in Engineering Management from CSUN, a BA in Environmental Biology, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management, and has done significant post-Graduate coursework in Environmental Planning. She also holds current Certifications from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Quality Engineer and as a Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence.
